Every new Ford Connected Vehicle is fitted with an Embedded Modem called FordPass Connect. When you pair and activate your vehicle in the FordPass App, you unlock the ability to communicate with your vehicle remotely, and gain access to an extensive list of beneficial features and services via the app.

      How to connect your Ford to FordPass Connect

      • Download the FordPass App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
      • Create your user account.
      • Add your Connected Vehicle:
        Click ‘Add Vehicle,’ enter your VIN number, give your Ford a name and select ‘Get Started’.
      • Activate your Connected Vehicle:
        Activate your Ford by selecting ‘Vehicle Details,’ turn on your engine,confirm your FordPass connection by selecting ‘Yes’ on the touchscreen, close the FordPass App and re-open the App following the prompts.

        Did You Know...

        Fordpass Is Free to Use for the Duration of Your Warranty
        ALL connected vehicles receive a complementary connected service for three years from the Ford Express new vehicle warranty start date after which time, the Connected Service may cease to be available, or may be subject to a subscription fee.
